Also known as Galleta, I am a product designer who translates design decisions into commercial results. I don't design screens, but rather systems that capture value, connecting the user experience with the metrics that really matter: conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.

I lead multidisciplinary teams in organizations, integrating UX, UI, research, design systems, and strategy so that design ceases to be a cost center and becomes a competitive advantage. I believe that the best design is not the prettiest, but the one that moves the P&L.
