1. Use of Services

I provide professional product design, UI/UX design, and digital design services for startups, businesses, and individuals. By working with me, you agree to use these services for lawful and ethical purposes only. Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in the termination of the project.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary assets, and timely feedback throughout the engagement. Delays in communication or missing materials may impact project timelines and delivery.

3. Pricing & Payments

Projects are completed according to the agreed pricing and payment terms. Payments must be made on schedule as outlined in the proposal or agreement. Work may be paused or discontinued if payments are significantly delayed.

4. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved design deliverables. I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

5. Revisions & Project Scope

Each project includes revisions as defined in the agreed scope. Requests that extend beyond the original requirements may require additional fees and revised timelines.

6. Timelines & Delivery

Every effort is made to deliver projects within the agreed schedule. However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

7. Support & Maintenance

Post-project support or ongoing design services are only included if specified in the agreement. Additional requests after project completion may be billed separately.

8. Right to Decline or End Services

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a project if a client violates these terms, engages in unethical conduct, or fails to meet agreed obligations, including payment responsibilities.
